Let's talk about Yoga

The definitive characteristic of Reality of existence is unmitigated bliss. Peace is our true nature.  Sorrow, conflict or confusion is not our natural state to be, it’s acquired through mind set, making us yearn for peace which is our true home. We keep searching for the peace of Eden garden from which we have walked out; and the moment we get back to it we regain our peace.

The innate characteristic of Absolute Reality can be described as ‘sat-cid-AnandaM’.  ‘Sat’ is the purest state of being; ‘cit’ in the spiritual heart is the pure state of knowledge, the Consciousness; and ‘Ananda’ is bliss.
It is with this transient body we seek, search and strive for the Reality of God present within and without. In Samadhi we rest in peace naturally closeted to be immersed in the Core of our Core, the ‘sat-cid-Ananda’   of Existence, Knowledge and Bliss. The antahkarana of the individual consciousness rest in the infinite bliss within in dhyana; but can revert to its egoistic nature resuming the usual mistaken identity with the finite, even implying, the jIva’s sojourn with the eternal blissful Consciousness is related of by the mind as if it were its own.
Yoga practice is ultimately about individual consciousness and cosmic consciousness. With the practice a person comes to rest in calmness which will reflect on everything and anything which comes in contact with that peace. He rest in continuity without the fortifications.
